Kota Sentosa: SK St Alban Sg Tapang has officially become the first government school in Kota Sentosa to be fully digitalised, following the recent allocation of RM54,000 for the purchase of four additional Smart Interactive TVs.
The funding, handed over today, ensures that every classroom in the school is now equipped with Smart Interactive TVs, providing teachers and students with modern digital learning tools.
“This is a significant milestone for both the school and the Kampung Sungai Tapang community, which has always been an important part of Kota Sentosa,” said Michael Kong Feng Nian, Special Assistant to Stampin MP Chong Chieng Jen.
“Over the years, this school has undergone tremendous transformation. Not too long ago, the school had outdated and unsafe structures. Today, the school now has proper classrooms that are all fully digitalised, giving both teachers and students access to modern learning tools that enhance the quality of education.”
Michael Kong added that these much-needed equipment upgrades will undoubtedly help teachers deliver lessons more effectively and make learning more interactive for the students.
“We will continue our efforts to ensure that every school in Kota Sentosa and Stampin benefits from the same level of digital advancement, so that no child is left behind in the era of digital learning,” he said.
